Doug is bored, please help!!

Over the last 12 months Doug has been on a mission to grow the business, fine tune how the company runs, and cut down his hours. Revenue, sales, salaries, and bellies have all grown bigger than anyone expected. And now Doug has nothing to do and is driving everyone made complaining he’s bored.
So suggestions please.
What should Doug do with all his cash and free time…
