It’s one thing to buy a lot of companies…it’s another thing to run them well. IAC is great at the former but horrible at the later.
A. Sheldon has got that right.
They are some of the worst run companies in America. Don’t “peel back the onion” at any of them — if you do, you will find everything run on a shoestring and held together with band-aids.
Check employee turnover at those companies, too — that will give you some insight. Is one of those companies listed in Forbes “Great Place to Work?”
Our dealings of expedia have never been the best unfortunately.
