Kieron Donoghue Interview
The idea of these is to try and see what makes them tick. It’s not a completely serious interview, but sometimes there are some serious bits.
So a big thank you to Kieron Donoghue, one of the biggest affiliates in the UK, and astonishingly runs things from a bedroom from up in Sunderland, with no staff. Awesome stuff Kieron.

Oops wrong photo, sorry. This is Kieron looking prettier than when I met him.

So Kieron has been on this lovely planet for well over 30 years and was born under the same start sign as myself, Pisces, so thats a god start for him.
So here we go:
Name: Kieron Donoghue
Birthplace: Mackem Scum land formerly know as Sunderland
What do you do now: Full time affiliate marketeer (is that a real word?) running sites like ukoffer.com, bingo.org.uk and his personal blog at here.org.uk.
Height: Small
Weight: Large
Doug – Eat less and get heels
How much do you drink: Cocktails, champagne or Peroni
Doug – Sunderland boy you are turning into a ponce
Best Holiday: Probably a trip round Thailand a few years ago, lovely place and fantastic people.
Doug – I was asked not to mention lady boys by Keiron.
Fantasy:

Best advice about starting a business: I have 2 conflicting pieces of advice. 1, Have enough money in the bank as a safety net in case it all goes wrong. And 2, if you are convinced of your product/service then just go hell for leather and go get it, sell your house, your children and just do it!
People you dispise and why: Stupid people, I have a short tolerance for ignorance and stupidity I’m afraid.
Doug – Phew lucky we don’t spend much time together then
Person you admire and why: Richard Branson. He has a great passion for life which he carries over to his businesses. I love the way he takes on all comers and is never ever scared to take a risk.
Next Big thing online: Mobile. Only kidding as everyone says that. How about video? No, everyone says that too. How about good content sites?
Doug – have to agree on that Keiron as we are building large proper content sites now
Cheers Keiron for being so helpful and honest. I know people say people from Sunderland are not very bright or very nice, but I don’t think that applies to you.
Keiron’s blog is here
Doug liking Keiron too
