Staff glorious staff….love them hate them:)
Someone much wiser than me told me all their staff fitting into 4 types of people and explained what he did with each type:
- No skill and bad attitude – don’t employ then and if you do get rid of them
- No skill but good attitude – employ then and train and nurture them
- Good skill and good attitude – Keep them happy
- Good skill but bad attitude – Poison, don’t employ then and if you do get rid of them
Maybe you could do that with your friends and family too:)
