"In the UK there is a CCTV or security camera for every 14 people in the country."

You have to remember, this takes into account cameras on every garage forecort due to drive offs, cameras within banks, and the 100's found in each supermarket casino and sporting event.

It's not really Big Brother or the government who is controling of all these CCTV cameras. Crime has driven up the demand by far as its more about having evidence should anyone do anything unlawful to you, your business or your property.

Personally I am all for it, just wish more were around 10 years ago!

The bag on your head must be transparent to comply with new visual guidelines. It must also be airated to comply with health & safety legislation and a risk assessment must have been carried out prior to wearing it. In addition notification must have been given for a public demonstration and permission received from the Police or you shall be arrested under the Terrorism Act 2000 (only dodgy terrorists wear bags on their heads you know).

Guess we'll all be walking down the streets carrying portable signal generators to block the modulating frequencies of all the microchips in our cards/id cards/magazines etc plus blocking the digital transmission from the cctv.

So if you see me carrying a large box weighing about half a ton you'll know what it's for and when you then see me being stopped under said Terrorism Act 2000, no it ain't a bomb.
